The Newton Symphony Orchestra is composed of about 70 musicians who meet regularly to rehearse and perform four or five concerts per year. The orchestra has a reputation throughout the Boston area for producing exciting, high quality concerts. For each concert the orchestra is joined by guest artists of international caliber; some from the Boston area, others from far flung places who are visiting as part of a wider concert tour, or who visit specifically to play with us.
